Sources and profile confirmation
Confirming which public profiles are really yours — the step that determines whether everything else is right.
This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.
Why this step matters more than any other
Everything ClinicRadar tells you rests on the assumption that the public profiles attached to your clinic really are your clinic. A profile belonging to a similarly named business in another city will produce a score, themes, alerts, and actions that are all internally consistent and completely wrong.
This is why profile discovery ends in a confirmation step rather than an automatic match.
What you will do
- ClinicRadar proposes candidate public profiles it believes belong to your clinic and locations.
- You confirm, reject, or correct each one.
- You add any profile it missed.
Each candidate is shown with enough context — name, address, and a link to the public profile — to decide without guessing.
Changing sources later
You can add, remove, or correct profiles at any time. Changing the source set changes what the measurements are based on, so the change is recorded in the audit trail and the affected measurements are recomputed.
Reporting a wrong attribution
If a profile is attached to the wrong business — yours or somebody else's — report it through the incorrect source profile form so the attribution is corrected at the source.
