Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with

The Verinten platform and the ClinicRadar product are operated by Kollekting Apps LLC (“Verinten”, “we”). These terms form the agreement between Verinten and the organisation that creates a workspace (“you”). The person who creates the workspace confirms they are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. What the service is

Verinten analyses public business reputation. It reads publicly available sources about a business, classifies and summarises what it finds, computes a versioned score, and presents prioritized actions with the evidence behind them.

Verinten is expressly not:

• a patient-record system, electronic health record, or CRM;
• a source of medical advice or a clinical decision-support tool;
• a means of profiling, identifying, or investigating individual reviewers;
• a service that publishes content to review platforms on your behalf.

3. Your obligations

• You must not submit patient information of any kind. This is set out in full in the Acceptable Use Policy and is a condition of using the service.
• You must only add clinics, locations, and public profiles that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for keeping workspace access limited to people who should have it.
• You must not attempt to circumvent plan limits, access another workspace, or use the service to harass any individual.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and payment

Paid plans start with a fourteen-day trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial, one trial is available per organisation and per verified business domain, and no charge is made until the trial ends. Prices are stated in EUR and exclude tax; applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Cancellation is self-service and governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Accuracy and limits of the analysis

Verinten reports what public sources say. It does not verify the truth of a public statement, and a score is a summary of public sentiment rather than a measure of clinical quality. Where public evidence is insufficient, the service suppresses the numeric score rather than estimating it. You must not present a Verinten score as a clinical quality rating or as a regulatory certification.

6. Your data

You retain all rights in the business information you provide. Verinten’s processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and where Verinten acts as a processor the Data Processing Addendum applies. Export and deletion are self-service.

7. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and incidents are communicated through the status page and by email to workspace owners. Where data collection is delayed, the product marks the affected intelligence as stale rather than presenting it as current.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a workspace that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, fails to pay, or presents a security risk. Where the breach is remediable we will tell you what is wrong and give you an opportunity to fix it before suspending, unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect the service or a third party.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Verinten is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes are notified to workspace owners before they take effect, with the new version number and effective date. Every version is listed in the change history below.
