Alerts and incidents
Risk states, what triggers an alert, and how an incident moves to resolution.
This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.
The four risk states
A clinic is in exactly one of Calm, Watch, Alert, or Crisis. The state
is always shown with a label and an icon as well as a colour — urgency
communicated through colour alone is invisible to many readers and disappears
in high-contrast modes.
What triggers an alert
A state change, or a signal crossing a configured threshold. Every alert names the specific signal that caused it and links to the evidence behind that signal. An alert that only said "attention required" would be a notification, not intelligence.
Incidents
When something needs handling rather than just noting, it becomes an incident and moves through:
New → Acknowledged → Investigating → Actioned → Resolved
Each transition records who made it and when, so a handover between shifts or staff loses nothing.
Who gets told
Recipients and thresholds are configured per clinic. See Notifications.
What ClinicRadar will not do
It does not contact patients, reviewers, or platforms on your behalf, and it does not escalate to anyone outside the recipients you configured.
