Notifications
Choosing what you are told about, and who else is told.
This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.
What you can be told about
- Risk-state changes and alerts.
- Incidents assigned to or acknowledged by you.
- Baseline and scheduled-collection completion.
- Report availability.
- Workspace events: invitations, role changes, plan and billing notices.
- New sign-ins from an unrecognised device.
Where notifications go
In-app, and by email where you have chosen it. Security and billing notices are always sent — you can choose their destination, not whether they are sent.
Per-clinic recipients
Alert and incident recipients are configured per clinic, so the person responsible for one site is not woken for another.
Thresholds
You choose the risk level at which a notification is sent. Setting it too high means finding out late; setting it too low means learning to ignore them. Watch is a reasonable starting point for the person who owns the clinic's reputation.
Turning things off
All product notifications can be turned off individually from Account → Notifications. Legal, security, and billing notices cannot, because we are required to send them.
