How to cancel

From the billing portal inside your workspace, at any time, without contacting support. Cancellation is confirmed on screen and by email.

During the trial

Cancel at any point before the fourteen-day trial ends and no charge is made. Access continues until the trial period expires.

On a paid subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then. Monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated mid-period, and annual subscriptions are not refunded for the unused remainder except where required by law or where section “When we refund” applies.

When we refund

  • A charge made after a valid cancellation was submitted — refunded in full.
  • A duplicate charge or a billing error on our side — refunded in full.
  • A sustained failure to deliver the subscribed capability, where we could not resolve it — refunded pro-rata for the affected period.
  • Any refund required by consumer law in your jurisdiction, on the terms that law sets.

Refunds return to the original payment method, normally within ten business days.

What happens to your data

Your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything. Export is self-service and available throughout that window. After it, the periods in the Data Retention Policy apply and the workspace is scheduled for deletion.

You can delete the workspace immediately instead of waiting, from workspace settings. Deletion is durable and irreversible; invoices and consent records survive it because we are required to keep them.

Downgrades

A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep the higher plan’s limits for the period you paid for. Where the new plan has lower limits, you are shown exactly what will be affected before you confirm.

If we cancel

If we discontinue the service or terminate your subscription other than for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period and give you at least 30 days to export your data.
