Clinics

Adding a clinic, what identifies it, and how it relates to locations.

This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.

What a clinic represents

A clinic is one business identity that the public recognises — one brand, one reputation. It holds one or more locations, one set of source profiles, and one Trust Health Score.

If you operate two brands that patients think of as separate businesses, they are two clinics. If you operate one brand across three sites, that is one clinic with three locations.

What you will provide

  • The clinic name as the public knows it, which may differ from the legal entity name.
  • The primary treatment areas, which determine the reputation taxonomy applied.
  • The patient markets you sell into.

Limits

The number of clinics and locations you can monitor is set by your plan. See Billing and plans.
