AI visibility
Defining prompts, reading appearance and citation results, and managing your monthly allowance.
This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.
What it measures
Whether AI answer engines mention your clinic when a prospect asks a question you care about, how they describe it, and which domains they cite as the basis.
Defining prompts
You write the prompts — the questions your prospects actually ask — and choose the languages to run them in. Good prompts are specific: a treatment, a city, and a comparison are more informative than a bare clinic name.
Your monthly allowance
Each plan includes a number of prompt runs per month. You can see how much of the allowance you have used, and you are told before a scheduled run would exceed it. Nothing runs beyond the allowance without your action.
Reading the results
- Appearance rate — how often you were mentioned, over time.
- Characterisation — how you were described when you did appear.
- Cited domains — which sources shaped the answer.
Every response is stored as evidence with its capture date, because answer engines change and a claim about what one said last month needs provenance like anything else.
What it is not
It is not an attempt to manipulate answer-engine output, and an engine's claim about your clinic is a record of what it said on a date, not a statement of fact.
