What is set, and when
Before you make a choice in the consent manager, Verinten sets only strictly necessary cookies. No analytics cookie, no replay cookie, and no advertising cookie of any kind is set beforehand — and Verinten does not use advertising cookies at all.
| Purpose | Category | Set before consent? | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authentication session | Strictly necessary | Only once you sign in | Until sign-out or expiry |
| Cross-site request forgery protection | Strictly necessary | Yes | Session |
| Consent preferences | Strictly necessary | Once you choose | 12 months |
| Bot protection (Turnstile) | Strictly necessary | On pages with a form | Short-lived |
| Product analytics | Analytics | No — requires consent | 12 months |
| Session replay | Session replay | No — separate consent | 30 days |
Analytics and replay are separate choices
Accepting analytics does not enable session replay. Replay is a distinct preference that you must select deliberately, and when it is on all text and all form inputs are masked before anything is recorded.
Changing your mind
Open the consent manager from the footer at any time, or, once signed in, Account → Privacy. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: capture stops and the analytics identity is reset. Your stored preference follows your account to any device you sign in from.
Doing nothing
If you close the banner without choosing, analytics and replay stay off. There is no implied consent and no legitimate-interest analytics fallback.
