Clinic Trust Scan

See what your clinic's public record currently says before you decide whether continuous monitoring is worth paying for.

The scan opens with launch

The intake form and the scan pipeline ship in the acquisition phase of V1. Everything below describes exactly what it will produce — no more and no less. Ask us to tell you when it is live and we will.

How it will work

Four steps, a few minutes

  1. 01

    Name the clinic

The clinic name and city, plus one public profile you know is yours. Nothing else.

  2. 02

    We read the public record

Public reviews, mentions, and search results for that clinic, within a bounded scan.

  3. 03

    You get a summary

The dominant themes, the coverage available, and the first visible trust risks.

  4. 04

    Decide from there

If the result is worth acting on, the 14-day trial continues from the same clinic.

What you get

Included in the scan

  • The dominant positive and negative themes in your public record.
  • A Coverage Confidence reading — how much public evidence actually exists.
  • The first visible trust risks, each with the public item behind it.
  • A comparison of how visible you are versus how visible your public record suggests you should be.

What you do not get

Where the scan stops

  • It is a bounded snapshot, not the continuous monitoring a subscription provides.
  • It does not include competitor comparison or AI answer-engine visibility.
  • It does not produce a full Trust Health Score where coverage is insufficient.
  • It reads public sources only — never patient data, and nothing behind a login.

Before you submit

What not to send us

Never submit patient information. Verinten analyses public business reputation only. Do not include medical records, treatment details, identity documents, or any information about an identifiable patient.

The scan needs a clinic name, a city, and a public profile URL. It does not need — and must not receive — patient names, treatment details, medical records, identity documents, or anything about an identifiable patient. The intake form validates against this and the Acceptable Use policy prohibits it.
