Reading themes, opening the evidence behind them, and filtering the evidence explorer.
This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.
Themes
Every public item is classified into one or more themes from a clinic taxonomy reviewed in English, Turkish, German, and Arabic. The same complaint is recognised as the same theme whichever language it was written in.
The reputation view shows which themes are rising, which are falling, and how much of your public record each one accounts for.
Opening the evidence
Every theme opens onto the public items that produced it. Each item shows its source, its publication date, its collection date, and its language, and links to the original where the platform permits.
This is deliberate: a finding you cannot trace is an opinion. If a theme looks wrong, the evidence tells you whether the classification is wrong or your assumption is.
The evidence explorer
Filter the full evidence set by theme, sentiment, source, language, location, and date range. Text search is available across the collected items.
Reviewer names are minimised here as everywhere else — see Privacy and patient data.
Correcting a classification
If the items behind a theme are right but the theme is wrong, tell us through the contact form with the evidence identifiers. Taxonomy corrections are versioned and published.
