How it works

Where does ClinicRadar get its data?
From public sources only — review platforms, public social posts, search results, and public answer-engine responses. ClinicRadar never ingests patient records, booking systems, CRM data, or anything behind a login.
Does ClinicRadar store patient data?
No. It is a hard product boundary, not a setting. ClinicRadar analyses public business reputation. Submitting patient information is prohibited by the Acceptable Use policy and the intake forms warn against it.
How is the Trust Health Score calculated?
It is a deterministic, versioned formula over public signals. An AI model classifies and summarises evidence, but it never produces the number. The same inputs and the same formula version always produce the same score, and the methodology is published.
What happens if there is not enough public data?
Coverage Confidence is shown separately from the score. When coverage is insufficient, the numeric score is suppressed entirely rather than shown with a caveat — a clinic with two reviews must never look mathematically comparable to one with thousands.
Does ClinicRadar reply to reviews for me?
No. V1 can draft a response for you to review and post yourself, but it never publishes to a review platform on your behalf. That is excluded from V1 on purpose.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is English and Turkish. Intelligence and reports are available in English, Turkish, German, and Arabic, with right-to-left support on report surfaces.
How does the trial work?
Fourteen days, card required, one trial per organisation and per verified business domain. You can cancel from the billing portal at any point during the trial. The free Clinic Trust Scan is the only path that needs no card.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Self-service export and self-service deletion are both part of V1, and the retention periods for each data category are published in the Data Retention policy.
Do you profile individual reviewers?
No. Reviewer names are minimised or masked in analytical screens and are shown only where you need them to respond to a specific public item. ClinicRadar analyses businesses, not individuals.
Is there an API?
Not in V1. A customer-facing API, native mobile apps, and a white-label agency portal are explicitly out of scope for the first release.

Trials and billing

What does the 14-day trial include?
The full capability of the plan you choose, at that plan's limits. A card is required to start it, one trial per organisation and per verified business domain. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point before then.
Why is a card required for the trial?
A baseline scan is expensive to run. Requiring a card keeps the free tier — the Clinic Trust Scan — genuinely free and available, instead of being consumed by repeat trial signups.
Is tax included in these prices?
No. All prices are shown in EUR excluding tax. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and added to the invoice.
What happens if I exceed a plan limit?
Limits are enforced server-side. You are told which limit you have reached and offered an upgrade — nothing is silently dropped, and no overage is charged without your explicit action.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal, at any time, without contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the Cancellation and Refund policy sets out what happens to your data afterwards.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
Your workspace becomes read-only for a defined window so you can export, then the retention schedule in the Data Retention policy applies. Self-service deletion is available at any time.
