Public Data and Source Attribution

What Verinten reads

Only material that is publicly accessible without authentication: published reviews and ratings, public social posts and mentions, public search results, and public answer-engine responses to prompts a customer defines. Nothing behind a login, a paywall, or a private group is collected.

What Verinten does with it

• Stores the raw collected item privately, scoped to the workspace that configured the business it relates to.
• Classifies it into reputation themes and derives sentiment and risk signals.
• Aggregates it into deterministic measurements and reports, always retaining a pointer back to the original public item.

Derived intelligence is displayed to the workspace that owns it. It is not resold, not published, and not used to train a general model.

Attribution

Every piece of evidence shown in the product names its source and its collection date, and links to the original public item wherever the source platform permits linking. Where a platform’s terms restrict how its content may be displayed, Verinten shows the minimum needed to identify the item and links out rather than reproducing it.

Individuals who wrote public content

Reviewer display names are minimised or masked in analytical screens and appear only where a clinic needs them to respond to a specific item. Verinten does not attempt to identify a reviewer, link their activity across platforms, or build any profile of them. Analysis is of the business, not of the person.

If you wrote a public review and want to understand or object to how it is processed, contact the privacy address above. Note that Verinten did not publish your content and cannot remove it from the platform where it appears — but it can remove it from its own processing.

Correcting a source profile

The most common data-quality problem is a public profile attributed to the wrong business. If a profile in ClinicRadar is not the clinic it is attached to, report it through the incorrect source profile form. We correct the attribution and recompute the affected measurements, and the correction is recorded in the workspace audit trail.

Platform terms

Collection is performed through a data provider operating under its own agreements with source platforms. Where a platform withdraws permission for a category of collection, Verinten stops collecting it and marks the affected coverage as reduced rather than continuing silently.
