Action Center
How actions are prioritized, the states they move through, and impact review.
This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.
A finite, ranked list
The Action Center is deliberately short. It is a prioritized list sized for a small team, not an exhaustive catalogue of everything that could theoretically be improved.
Every action carries its justification
Each one links to the finding that produced it and to the measurement it is meant to move. If you cannot see why an action is being suggested, the evidence is one click away.
States
Suggested → Accepted → In Progress → Completed → Impact Review
plus three terminal states that keep the list honest:
Dismissed— you decided not to do it.Not Applicable— it does not apply to your clinic.Duplicate— it repeats another action.
Using the terminal states matters. A list that only ever grows stops being read.
Impact review
After an action is completed, ClinicRadar reports what happened to the measurement it targeted. Sometimes the answer is "nothing", and that is useful information about the action, not a failure of the report.
Who can act
Analyst and above can progress actions. A Viewer can read them. See Team and roles.
