Exporting your data

What an export contains, its format, and how long it lasts.

This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.

What an export contains

Everything in your workspace that belongs to you: clinics, locations, source configuration, competitors, prompts, collected evidence with its provenance, scores and coverage history, findings, incidents, actions, and generated reports.

Format

Structured, machine-readable files with a manifest describing what each one contains and which schema version produced it. Reports are included as PDFs.

How to request one

From workspace settings. You are notified when it is ready. Preparing an export takes time proportional to your history — it is a background job, not a download button that hangs.

How long it lasts

Export files are available for seven days, then deleted. Request a new one at any time; there is no limit on how often.

Access is private

An export is reachable only through an authenticated route or a short-lived signed link. It is never publicly addressable.

Who can export

Analyst and above. See Team and roles.

Before cancelling

Your workspace stays readable for 30 days after cancellation specifically so you can export. See Billing and plans.
