What an export contains, its format, and how long it lasts.
What an export contains
Everything the workspace owns: members and their roles, invitations, subscription and invoices, entitlements, consent decisions, clinics and their locations, confirmed source profiles, competitors, Trust Health Scores and coverage assessments, findings, evidence items, incidents, alerts, actions, and report metadata.
What it deliberately does not contain
The archive says so itself, in a manifest at the top, so you can check this rather than take our word for it.
- Raw provider payloads. These are our contract with the data provider rather than your data, and they are not yours to receive.
- Reviewer profile links, avatars, and home countries. We discard these at the moment a review is read and never store them, so an export that included them would mean we had been keeping them after all. Reviewer names appear only in the masked form we store.
- Review text. The words belong to the platform they were published on. You see them in the product against the review they came from; an export is not the place to hand somebody a decrypted corpus of other people's words.
- Internal notes and staff identities. Support notes we wrote, the operators who answered, and our own costs.
- Secrets of any kind. API keys, signing material, session tokens.
Format
One gzipped JSON file, with a section per record type and a manifest naming what it contains, what it leaves out, and how many rows each section holds. Report PDFs are not inside the archive; the export lists each report with the link you already have.
How to request one
Workspace settings. It is a background job — preparing it takes time proportional to your history — and you are emailed a link when it is ready.
Only one export runs at a time per workspace. Reading every row a workspace owns is not free, and two at once would make your own product slow.
The link, and how long it lasts
The link works for seven days and then stops. It carries a one-time token that exists only in that email: we store a digest of it and cannot recover the token itself, so nobody here can extend the window or re-send the link. Request a new export instead; there is no limit on how often.
Anyone holding the link can download the file. Treat it the way you would treat the data inside it.
