Free Clinic Trust Scan

What the free scan produces, the ninety-day cooldown, how long a result lasts, and importing one into a workspace.

What it is

One reading of a clinic's public reputation, free and without a card. It uses the same pipeline a paying customer's baseline does — the same score, the same coverage grading, the same suppression rules — with tighter limits on how much it reads.

It is not monitoring. It will not tell you when something changes next month; that is what a trial is for.

Why we verify your email first

Nothing starts until somebody clicks the link we send. That is what stops anyone ordering a scan of a clinic they have nothing to do with, and it is why the confirmation step exists rather than starting the work on submission.

The link is valid for 24 hours and works once.

The ninety-day cooldown

One scan per clinic domain every ninety days. The cooldown is keyed on the clinic's website rather than on the email address, because an address is free to create and a domain is not.

Only a verified scan counts against it. An unverified submission spent nothing and proved nothing, so it cannot be used to lock a clinic out of the free product.

When identity cannot be resolved

If we cannot confidently work out which public listings belong to the clinic, the scan stops and says so. Scanning our best guess would produce a confident report about a business that might not be yours, and you would have no way to tell.

Pasting a Google Business or Trustpilot link on the form usually resolves it in one go.

What you get

  • A Trust Health Score, with Coverage Confidence graded separately — and the score withheld entirely if there is not enough behind it.
  • The findings that matter most, each citing the public items behind it.
  • Suggested actions, and up to two draft replies to edit and post yourself.
  • One competitor, compared honestly or not at all.

How long it lasts

The interactive result stays available for 14 days, and the generated report file for 30 days, both counted from when the scan finished rather than from when you filled in the form.

After that the link stops working. The record that the scan happened is kept, because that is what the cooldown is read from.

Importing into a paid workspace

Once you have a workspace, a completed scan can be imported into it — a clinic is created from the scan's own details so nothing you entered is lost.

The claim is bound to the email address that verified the scan, not to whoever holds the link. A result link is something you can forward safely: it shows the result and grants nothing.

Importing twice into the same workspace does nothing the second time.

Limits

The free scan has a daily ceiling across all users, so one busy day cannot exhaust it for everybody. If it is reached, your confirmation is still recorded and you can start again the next day.
