Questions and content opportunities

What prospects are asking, how opportunities are scored, and what the board does not do.

Where the questions come from

Public forum and video discussion — Reddit and YouTube — searched for question-shaped posts and comments about the treatment and city your clinic competes in. The topic is built from what you told us your clinic does and where, so a pass measures your market rather than a general one.

Nobody's identity is stored. Each question keeps a link to where it was asked so you can read it in context, and nothing about who asked it. The product studies what a market wants to know, not the people in it.

How they are grouped

Every question is classified into one of thirteen intents — cost, safety, process, choosing a clinic, travel, accommodation, recovery, aftercare, results, comparison, eligibility, financing, and complaints and risk — plus how close the asker sounds to booking.

The classification is ours and deterministic, so the same question is always grouped the same way and a plan compared month to month does not shift because a model was in a different mood.

Occasionally you will see a note that our provider could not group a batch. The questions are unaffected; only their supplier-side grouping failed, and we say so rather than presenting the gap as a finding about your market.

How opportunities are scored

A question you already answer is not an opportunity at all — listing it with a low score would bury the real ones under work already done.

Everything else is scored on four things, all of which you can see for yourself in the question list:

  • How many people asked. Weighted so that a hundred askers does not outrank ten by ten times — public question volume is a signal, not a measurement.
  • How close they are to booking. A question from somebody comparing quotes is worth more than one from somebody wondering whether to do it at all.
  • Whether it names a competitor. A question naming a rival is a question they are already winning.
  • Whether it is a trust question. Safety, complaints and choosing a clinic count for more whatever else is true.

Every card shows which of these applied. A score nobody can reconstruct is a ranking nobody can argue with.

The board

Suggested → Accepted → Planned → Published → Measured, with Dismissed available at any point before the end and reversible afterwards.

Measured is reachable only from Published, because measuring something that was never published is measuring nothing.

Re-running a scan re-scores only the items nobody has acted on. Something you accepted last week will not reappear as a suggestion because a scan ran.

Briefs

"Copy brief" puts a short brief on your clipboard: the question as it was asked, its intent and stage, the suggested format, the reasons it ranked where it did, and a short checklist. Nothing in it is generated — a model writing a content brief would be inventing your clinic's positioning, and the useful part of a brief is the evidence, which we already have.

What this does not do

ClinicRadar does not publish content and does not write it for you. The board tracks work you do elsewhere, so the next reading can show whether it moved anything.
