ClinicRadar by Verinten

Your clinic's public reputation,finally legible.

ClinicRadar reads what patients and prospects publicly say about your clinic across platforms and languages, tells you where trust is moving and why, and gives you a short list of things to do about it — each one attached to the evidence that justifies it.

The problem

The signal exists. Nobody has time to read it.

A clinic serving several patient markets generates public opinion faster than any team can follow, in languages the team may not read, on platforms it does not check daily.

  • Public opinion about a clinic is spread across platforms, languages, and countries, and nobody reads all of it.
  • By the time a trust problem is obvious in the booking numbers, it has been visible publicly for weeks.
  • Review dashboards report volume and stars; they do not tell you which theme is actually costing you enquiries.
  • Nobody knows how an AI assistant describes the clinic to a prospect who never visits a review site.

What ClinicRadar does

Six capabilities, one loop

Each one produces evidence the next one can use. None of them asks you to interpret a raw chart.

  • Reputation intelligence

A deterministic Trust Health Score, a separate Coverage Confidence, and a themed breakdown of what the public actually says.

  • Crisis and risk detection

Four risk states, alerts that name the reason, and an incident flow that survives a handover.

  • Competitor intelligence

Comparison against the competitors you name, on the same measurements, over the same window.

  • AI answer-engine visibility

What answer engines say when a prospect asks about your treatment, your city, and your competitors.

  • Action Center

A ranked, finite list of things to do, each attached to the finding that justifies it.

  • Weekly and monthly reports

A weekly operating summary and a monthly executive report, delivered as PDF and shareable securely.

How it works

Four steps from signup to a decision

  1. 01

    Confirm your identity

Tell us which clinic, which locations, and which public profiles are actually yours. Misattributed profiles are the single biggest source of wrong reputation data, so this is a confirmation step, not a guess.

  2. 02

    Choose markets and competitors

Set the patient-market languages you care about and name the competitors you actually compete with. Your plan sets the limits.

  3. 03

    Baseline

ClinicRadar collects your public history, classifies it, computes the first Trust Health Score with its Coverage Confidence, and produces your first findings.

  4. 04

    Monitor and act

From then on it watches continuously, raises risks as they emerge, refreshes competitor and AI-visibility comparisons, and keeps a prioritized action list current.

The measurement

A score you can reproduce, and a coverage number that tells you whether to believe it

The Trust Health Score is a deterministic, versioned formula over public signals. An AI model classifies and summarises evidence; it never produces the number. Coverage Confidence is reported separately, and insufficient coverage suppresses the score entirely rather than showing a misleading one.

Why this matters

A reputation number that changes because a model was in a different mood is worse than no number. Determinism means two people looking at the same period see the same result, and a change in the score is a change in the world rather than a change in the tool.

Evidence

Nothing is asserted without its source

  • Every score shows its formula version and the window it covers.
  • Every theme, alert, and action opens onto the public items behind it.
  • Each item shows where it came from and when it was collected.
  • Coverage Confidence is a separate, visible measurement — never folded into the score.

Privacy

What ClinicRadar will not do

These are product boundaries. They are not configurable and they are not a roadmap gap.

  • It does not store patient data, medical records, or clinical information of any kind. Submitting it is prohibited.
  • It does not give medical advice, and it is not a clinical decision tool.
  • It does not profile reviewers. Reviewer names are minimised in analytical screens and shown only where you need them to respond to a specific public item.
  • It does not publish anything on your behalf. Response drafts are for you to review and post yourself.
  • It does not act as a CRM, a booking system, or a patient-record system.

Languages and markets

Built for clinics selling across borders

Turkish clinics serving German and Gulf patient markets are the launch segment, and the product is shaped around that reality rather than retrofitted for it.

The interface is available in English and Turkish. Intelligence and reports are produced in English, Turkish, German, and Arabic, and report surfaces are laid out correctly for right-to-left reading.

Reputation themes use a clinic taxonomy reviewed in all four languages, so a complaint about aftercare is recognised as the same theme whether it was written in Istanbul or Berlin.

Questions

Frequently asked

Where does ClinicRadar get its data?
From public sources only — review platforms, public social posts, search results, and public answer-engine responses. ClinicRadar never ingests patient records, booking systems, CRM data, or anything behind a login.
Does ClinicRadar store patient data?
No. It is a hard product boundary, not a setting. ClinicRadar analyses public business reputation. Submitting patient information is prohibited by the Acceptable Use policy and the intake forms warn against it.
How is the Trust Health Score calculated?
It is a deterministic, versioned formula over public signals. An AI model classifies and summarises evidence, but it never produces the number. The same inputs and the same formula version always produce the same score, and the methodology is published.
What happens if there is not enough public data?
Coverage Confidence is shown separately from the score. When coverage is insufficient, the numeric score is suppressed entirely rather than shown with a caveat — a clinic with two reviews must never look mathematically comparable to one with thousands.
Does ClinicRadar reply to reviews for me?
No. V1 can draft a response for you to review and post yourself, but it never publishes to a review platform on your behalf. That is excluded from V1 on purpose.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is English and Turkish. Intelligence and reports are available in English, Turkish, German, and Arabic, with right-to-left support on report surfaces.
How does the trial work?
Fourteen days, card required, one trial per organisation and per verified business domain. You can cancel from the billing portal at any point during the trial. The free Clinic Trust Scan is the only path that needs no card.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Self-service export and self-service deletion are both part of V1, and the retention periods for each data category are published in the Data Retention policy.
Do you profile individual reviewers?
No. Reviewer names are minimised or masked in analytical screens and are shown only where you need them to respond to a specific public item. ClinicRadar analyses businesses, not individuals.
Is there an API?
Not in V1. A customer-facing API, native mobile apps, and a white-label agency portal are explicitly out of scope for the first release.
