Billing and plans
Trials, plan limits, changing plan, invoices, tax, and cancellation.
This feature has not shipped yet. The page describes what it will do so you can plan around it. It will be updated with the real interface when the feature is released.
The trial
Fourteen days on the plan you select, at that plan's limits. A card is required to start it, one trial is available per organisation and per verified business domain, and no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel any time before it ends and you are not charged.
Plans and limits
Each plan sets limits on locations, report languages, competitors tracked, AI prompts per month, manual refreshes per month, and how long evidence history is retained. The published limits are on the pricing page.
What happens at a limit
Limits are enforced on the server. When you reach one you are told which limit it was and offered an upgrade. Nothing is silently dropped, and no overage is charged without your explicit action.
Changing plan
Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep the higher limits for the period you paid for — and you are shown exactly what will be affected before you confirm.
Tax and invoices
Prices are in EUR excluding tax. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout from your billing country and shown before payment. An invoice is issued for every charge and is available in the billing portal.
Cancelling
Self-service, from the billing portal, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Cancellation and Refund policy and Exporting your data.
