Reports
What a ClinicRadar report actually contains
Reports are generated on a schedule as PDFs, in English, Turkish, German, or Arabic, and shared through authenticated routes or short-lived links — never a public URL.
The downloadable sample arrives with the reporting phase
A real, non-sensitive sample PDF is published once the report generator ships. The contents below are the specification it is being built against.
Weekly
Operating summary
- Current Trust Health Score with the formula version that produced it.
- Coverage Confidence for the period, reported separately from the score.
- Themes that moved, and the public items behind each movement.
- Open risks and any state change since the last report.
- The prioritized actions for the coming week.
Monthly
Executive report
- Everything in the weekly report, over a monthly window.
- Competitor movement across the set you defined.
- AI answer-engine visibility across your prompt set and languages.
- Audience questions and content opportunities.
- Impact review on actions completed during the month.
How reports are shared
Never a public link
Report PDFs are stored privately and scoped to your workspace. They are never publicly addressable. A recipient reaches one either through an authenticated route or through a short-lived signed link that expires — so forwarding a report does not create a permanent public copy of your clinic’s reputation analysis.
Every report states the score version and the coverage on which it is based, so a reader outside the clinic can judge how much weight the numbers carry.
