ClinicRadar capability

The assistant

Do anything the interface does by asking — with every change shown to you for approval before it happens.

Reputation software fails a clinic in a predictable way: it is configured once by whoever had the patience, and then nobody opens it again. The data is right there and reading it is somebody's third priority.

The assistant is the answer to that. It sits beside every screen and does anything the interface does — set a clinic up from its website, confirm which public listings are yours, read the current score and what is behind it, work an incident, move an action along. You describe what you want in your own words; it does the reading.

What makes that safe to hand a machine is the approval step. The assistant never changes anything on its own. It proposes, and the proposal shows you the exact values it would write, in your language, with a button to decline. Nothing reaches your workspace until you say so.

Illustrative preview of the assistant: it proposes the exact values it would write, and nothing happens until you approve.

What it produces

Concrete output

  • A clinic set up from its website — name, address, phone, treatments — filled in and shown to you for approval.
  • Answers grounded in your own data, never in a guess: it reads the score rather than estimating one.
  • An approval card for every change, showing the values it will write before it writes them.
  • A record of every action it took and every one you declined.
  • Conversations kept privately to you, in English or Turkish.

Boundaries

What this capability will not do

Stated so the limits are known before you rely on it, not discovered afterwards.

  • It cannot delete anything. Removing a clinic, a location, or a competitor stays a deliberate act you perform yourself.
  • It cannot do anything your own role does not already permit, and it can only reach the workspace you are in.
  • It never gives medical advice, never interprets a clinical outcome, and never discusses a named patient.
  • It never invents a Trust Health Score. If coverage is too thin to publish one, it tells you it is withheld and why.
  • It treats anything it reads on the web as information to show you, never as an instruction to follow.
