Why clinics first
The launch segment
Clinics in medical tourism, hair transplant, dental, and aesthetic verticals sell across borders to patients who research almost entirely in public. Their reputation is spread over review platforms, social posts, forums, and now AI assistants, in several languages at once.
It is a market where public signal genuinely determines revenue, and where nobody has a practical way to read all of it. That makes it the right first vertical — not because clinics are a soft target, but because the problem is real and measurable.
