What a ClinicRadar reading actually looks like
This is a complete reading for a clinic that does not exist, produced by the same code that produces a customer's. Nothing here is a mock-up.

- Confirm the remaining public profiles that belong to you, so the reading covers more of what patients actually see.
What this clinic is measured against
Northgate Example Clinic tracks one competitor, Westbrook Example Clinic, also fictional. The comparison comes back level — 2 points apart, which is inside the noise of the measurement.
That is deliberate. Two scores a few points apart, computed from different sources with different coverage, are the same score as far as anybody should act on them. Declaring a winner there would be false precision, and this product would rather say nothing than say something it cannot support.
How the score is produced
The Trust Health Score is a versioned, deterministic formula. Given the same inputs it returns the same number for ever, which is what makes it comparable over time and explainable if a clinic disputes it. A language model reads and classifies the public items; it never produces the number.
Coverage Confidence is reported separately and never folded in. A clinic with two reviews and five stars must not look mathematically comparable to one with two thousand — so when coverage is insufficient the score is withheld rather than shown with a caveat nobody reads.
What is not here
- No patient information. ClinicRadar analyses public business reputation and never receives patient data of any kind.
- No reviewer identities. Names are minimised in analytical screens; the product studies a business's reputation, not individuals.
- No published replies. ClinicRadar drafts responses for a person to edit and post themselves, and posts nothing on a clinic's behalf.
