ClinicRadar capability
Competitor intelligence
Comparison against the competitors you name, on the same measurements, over the same window.
“Above market average” is not a useful sentence when nobody can say which clinics the average contains. Competitor intelligence starts from a set you name, and shows you the same measurements for every clinic in it.
The same score version, the same period, and the same coverage rules apply to your clinic and to each competitor. Where a competitor has insufficient public coverage, their number is suppressed too — a comparison against a suppressed value is reported as uncomparable rather than quietly treated as zero.
What you get is movement, not just a snapshot: where the gap is narrowing, where it is widening, and which theme is driving it.
What it produces
Concrete output
- A comparison across the competitor set you defined, within your plan's limit.
- Identical score version, period, and coverage rules applied to every clinic.
- Gap movement over time, not a single-point snapshot.
- The themes driving each gap, with the public evidence behind them.
- Explicit 'uncomparable' handling where a competitor's coverage is insufficient.
Boundaries
What this capability will not do
Stated so the limits are known before you rely on it, not discovered afterwards.
- It does not invent a market average or an anonymous peer group.
- It does not read anything about a competitor that is not public.
- It does not rank competitors on anything the clinic itself is not also measured on.
- It does not include competitors you have not named.
