ClinicRadar capability

AI answer-engine visibility

What answer engines say when a prospect asks about your treatment, your city, and your competitors.

A growing share of prospects ask an assistant before they ever open a review site. If the assistant does not mention your clinic, or describes it using a source you have never seen, that is a visibility problem you currently have no way to observe.

AI visibility runs prompts you define — the questions your prospects actually ask — on a schedule within your plan’s monthly allowance, in the languages your patient markets use. It records whether you appeared, how you were characterised, and which domains were cited as the basis.

Every response is stored as evidence with its capture date, because answer engines change and a claim about what one said last month needs the same provenance as any other finding.

What it produces

Concrete output

  • Appearance rate for each prompt you define, over time.
  • How your clinic is characterised when it does appear.
  • The domains cited as sources, so you can see what is shaping the answer.
  • Results per language, matched to your patient markets.
  • Captured responses stored as dated evidence.

Boundaries

What this capability will not do

Stated so the limits are known before you rely on it, not discovered afterwards.

  • It does not attempt to manipulate or game answer-engine output.
  • It does not run prompts beyond your plan's monthly allowance without your action.
  • It does not treat an answer engine's claim as fact — it records what was said and when.
  • It does not submit any clinic-confidential or patient information in a prompt.
